Passing on what's good - That's why artefactum exists.

The original 1902 master table is intended to serve its owner as a basis for his own ideas, creations and concepts.
The Meistertisch 1902 can be used like any writing or work desk and guarantees high-quality craftsmanship down to the last detail.
Out of connection with nature, craftsmanship and art

The beech wood for the master table 1902 comes from the forests of Thuringia. A certificate guarantees its authenticity. In line with van de Velde's philosophy, we use local resources wherever possible and make use of what is available on site.
As with the original, the Master Table 1902 is also built in Weimar - the long-standing workplace and home of Henry van de Velde.
The traditional carpentry Rietschel from Weimar Tiefurt, whose ancestors already produced furniture for van de Velde, is our partner in this
Out of love for the work and its creator

Henry van de Velde's work and drawing table is considered by some of his connoisseurs to be the most beautiful piece of furniture ever created by the master from Antwerp.
artefactum sees this work table not only as a piece of furniture, but also as a timeless work of art that appears almost perfect in its attention to detail, its clear shapes and lines, the idea of usability and its overall aesthetic.
artefactum manufactures 1:1 replicas of the original under the product name Meistertisch 1902 under the protection of a license.
